Cancellation Policy for MyPurePills

• Eligibility: You may request cancellation of your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• How to Cancel: Contact our customer support team immediately—preferably within 2 hours of placing your order—to initiate cancellation.

• Processing Cancellations: Once your request is received, we’ll confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation. If approved, we’ll reverse any charges to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Limitations: Orders containing prescription medications that have already been dispensed or packaged cannot be canceled. MyPurePills reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once an order is in the fulfillment stage.
